What counts as one organization.
An organization runs itself: its own people, its own rules, the final say over its own money.
Boards, committees and working groups inside it are free and unlimited. A chapter that runs itself is its own organization.

Questions.
- Can we start free and upgrade later?
- Yes. Upgrade from Settings → Plan whenever you like. Adding an organization past your plan's limit means moving up a plan; nothing is ever charged automatically.
- What happens if we cancel, or stop paying?
- Your group goes back to the free plan at the end of the period you paid for. Your money and your records stay exactly where they are; the free plan's fees apply from then.
- How is the free plan's fee worked out?
- On the full amount, before bank costs. Money in: 5% comes off what arrives. Money out: the amount you enter is what the recipient receives, and 1.5% is added on top.
- Can we leave, and take our records?
- Yes. Closing your group and getting your money out are free on every plan, and you can download your data any time.
- We run more than ten organizations. What then?
- Network. It is priced with you, because above ten the shape of the bill depends on what you are running. Talk to us.
