Group Settings
This guide covers the admin overview and settings available to Group admins.
Admin overview
The Group's overview shows:
- Member count.
Total and active members.
- Decision activity.
Active, passed, and failed Decisions.
- Treasury balance.
Current funds and recent transactions.
- Recent activity.
Latest actions in your Group.
Group settings
General settings
- Name and description
- Membership access (Open, Request, Invite only)
- Social links
Governance settings
- Voting period — how long Decisions stay open for voting.
- Quorum — minimum participation for a Decision result to count.
- Approval threshold — share of For votes needed for a Decision to pass.
Activity
All admin actions are recorded for transparency:
- Settings changes
- Member additions and removals
- Role changes
- Treasury transactions
Security controls
- Treasury freeze.
Halt all treasury transactions in an emergency. Members can still see balances and history; new transactions can't be created or executed until unfrozen.
- Activity record.
Complete history of every admin action.
- Treasury approval threshold.
The number of Approvers required to sign before a treasury transaction goes through — for example, 2-of-3. See Treasury Setup for details.
