Solve common issues
Having trouble? Here are solutions to common technical issues.
Sign-in issues
- I can't sign in.
Try these steps in order: clear your browser cache and cookies, check that caps lock is off, request a new sign-in link, try a different browser, or contact support if the issue persists.
- My sign-in link expired.
Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes for security. Request a new one by entering your email again on the sign-in page.
Page loading issues
- The page keeps loading.
Try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, checking your internet connection, disabling browser extensions (especially ad blockers), or using a different browser.
Voting issues
- My vote didn't register.
Refresh the page to verify. If still showing as not voted, try voting again. Contact support with screenshots if the issue persists.
- I can't vote on a Decision.
This could be because the voting period has ended, you already voted, you joined the Group after the Decision was created, or you don't have voting permissions in this Group.
Display issues
- I'm not seeing recent updates to my Group.
Refresh the page or close and reopen your browser. Updates should appear within a few seconds.
- Treasury balance looks wrong.
Refresh the page. If it's still incorrect, check the activity log to track transactions. Contact support with details if there's a discrepancy.
Notification issues
- Notifications aren't working.
Check browser notification permissions, ensure notifications are enabled in your Group settings, and disable content blockers that might block notifications.
