Sign-in issues

I can't sign in.

There is no password to get wrong — EnDAO signs you in by email, Google, or a wallet you already use. If the email isn't arriving, check your spam folder, then try signing in with Google or your wallet instead. Failing that, clear your browser cache and cookies, try a different browser, or contact support.

My sign-in link expired.

Sign-in codes stop working after a short time, for security. Request a new one by entering your email again on the sign-in page.

Page loading issues

The page keeps loading.

Try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, checking your internet connection, disabling browser extensions (especially ad blockers), or using a different browser.

Voting issues

My vote didn't register.

Refresh the page to verify. If still showing as not voted, try voting again. Contact support with screenshots if the issue persists.

I can't vote on a Decision.

This could be because the voting period has ended, you already voted, or your Group hasn't given your role the ability to vote. Joining after a Decision was raised is not a reason — eligibility is worked out from who is a member now, so a new member can vote on anything still open.

Display issues

I'm not seeing recent updates to my Group.

Refresh the page or close and reopen your browser. Updates should appear within a few seconds.

Treasury balance looks wrong.

Refresh the page. If it's still incorrect, check the activity log to track transactions. Contact support with details if there's a discrepancy.

Notification issues

Notifications aren't working.

Notification settings are per-account, not per-Group: open your Account settings and check the Notifications tab. Then check your browser's own notification permission for EnDAO, and disable any content blocker that might be suppressing them. If it is one Discussion you have stopped hearing about, check whether that thread is muted — muting is per-thread and outlives rejoining it.
